• We are not responsible for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or government restrictions.
• Any loss of documents during travel is the traveler’s responsibility.

7. Changes in Itinerary

• We may modify travel plans due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, government rules, or operational reasons.
• Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided where possible.
• No refund for unused services caused by late arrival or early departure of the traveler.

8. Liability Limitation

• We act only as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
• We are not liable for:
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Hotel service quality
  • Accidents, injuries, or loss during travel
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen events

Customers travel at their own risk.

9. Customer Conduct

• Travelers must follow local laws, hotel rules, and guide instructions.
• Misconduct or illegal activity may lead to termination of services without refund.

10. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes.
• We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized parties.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic situations
• War, strikes, or transport shutdown
