“All inclusive” means different things at different agencies. Before you compare two quotes, make sure you are comparing the same thing. Here is what to check.
Ask these six questions
1. Is travel to and from the destination included? Many quotes start from the destination airport or station. If train or flight tickets are not in the price, add that cost before comparing.
2. How many meals per day? Breakfast only, or all three? Over ten days, the difference between breakfast-only and full board is substantial.
3. Is sightseeing transport included or extra? Some packages include the hotel but charge per-day for the cab to Gulmarg or Pahalgam. Those day rates add up fast.
4. What hotel category? “Deluxe” is not a regulated term. Ask for the actual hotel name and look it up.
5. Are entry tickets and permits covered? Gondola tickets, park entries and some permits are commonly excluded.
6. What is the cancellation policy? Get it in writing before paying anything.
